As a passionate realtor in Florida, Neal is dedicated to empowering individuals to pursue a fresh start in life. He firmly believes everyone deserves the chance to realize their "American Dream." Neal began his academic pursuits at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, earning a bachelor's degree in business administration. He then furthered his education with a master's degree in public administration from the University of Delaware.
Neal's real estate career took root in 1995 at his family's brokerage firm, Lovell Home Sales, Inc. His talent for facilitating mortgage acquisitions led to the creation of House America Mortgage Banking in 1998. Over the years, Neal's innovative solutions and unwavering dedication to first-time homebuyers, investors, and homeowners have defined his success in the real estate and mortgage industries.
In 2002, Neal moved to Orlando, Florida. He immersed himself in the thriving real estate scene, where his expertise in purchasing and renovating foreclosed properties enabled him to assist those who couldn't secure traditional financing. While working in this sector, Neal identified a profound demand for not just housing, but also compassionate support and valuable guidance. This realization served as the catalyst for the establishment of Luv Care LLC, a premier recovery housing program. Neal transformed remodeled houses into safe and supportive homes, providing the structure, support, and guidance needed to help individuals regain their footing and thrive.
Neal's commitment to social impact has created a dignified re-entry housing model for individuals reintegrating into the community. Focused on reducing recidivism and relapse rates, this program provides housing, job opportunities, and family reunification support. With a holistic approach, Neal integrates ecological sustainability with economic empowerment, educating, supporting, and inspiring Luv Care residents on their pathways to success. This innovative program, launched in Orlando, is expanding to cities like Detroit, Atlanta, Baltimore, Columbus, and Chicago, transforming lives and communities nationwide.
